From January 1 to June 30, 2005 ASSERT has weatherized 1240 homes in its service area, replaced
180 old refrigerators with new EnergyStar Models and installed 60 Evaporative Window Air conditioning Units.

The following measures may be installed in eligible residences
of low-income families and individuals:
Attic Insulation Evaporative Cooler and Air Conditioner Covers Cover
and Outlet Plate Gaskets Weatherstripping and Caulking Replace Broken Window Panes (Single Panes Only) Repair Doors Water
Heater Blankets Low-Flow Showerheads and Aerators NGAT Testing (Gas Heated Homes Only) Furnace repair and or replacement
(this service is only available to homeowners)
This is a representative list only. A residence may qualify only for
some of the measures listed above.
For Southern California Edison customers additional services are available such
as:
EMA Program Home Assessment Under this program qualified Southern California Edison customers may also qualify
for replacement of old refrigerators, replacing old window or wall air conditioners, the installation of a wall or window
evaporative cooler in certain approved high energy degree areas, and the installation of CFI's, and weatherization services
for electrically heated homes.
