ASSERT's total workforce consists of 13 full-time and one part-time student worker. The employees provide direct installation services to customers, support in the form of assisting with applications, determining eligibility and general program support. ASSERT is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. The Executive Director is Elisabeth Adams who has been with the company for 20 years. The Deputy Director is Richard Shaw he has been working for ASSERT for over 20 years. Daniel Carlson is the Program Manager for the EMA Program.	Several of ASSERT staff are bilingual to assist customers that are non-English speaking. Several staff members are fluent in Spanish and German.
